Join us for a supportive, hands-on group for caregivers and their babies. Led by a certified infant massage instructor, this class guides caregivers through gentle massage strokes with their baby that can promote sleep, ease discomfort from colic and teething, and strengthen caregiver-infant bonds. Caregivers will learn these techniques in a calm, nurturing environment and leave with skills to support their baby’s comfort and development. Registration is encouraged, but drop-ins are welcome!
