For ages birth to 5 years and a caregiver. Join us for a welcoming Family Yoga class where caregivers can move, stretch and connect alongside their child. This all-levels class is designed for all ages, so bring a yoga mat or blanket and come as you are for movement, bonding and community. Registration is required. Water and juice boxes provided. Registration is only guaranteed until the start of the program.
