Teens and tweens, join us for a special series of cooking and nutrition classes presented by All Faiths Food Bank! Discover your love for cooking and sample easy healthy meals that you have learned to make yourself. Participants will learn kitchen basics, including knife safety, food safety, how to follow a recipe, and so much more! “Food Smarts” was developed by Leah’s Pantry and is designed to support healthy behavior change in the areas of healthy eating, food safety, cooking, food waste reduction, and food resource management. Registration required. Recommended ages 11-17.
