Sponsored by CCPL's Eldersburg Branch and the South Carroll Lioness Club, this group has been organized to promote service activities throughout the community and to develop in its members the individual qualities of leadership, experience, and opportunity. Join us to connect with your community and earn service learning hours while collaborating on projects that will benefit Eldersburg and beyond. The LEO club has invited a highly decorated US veteran to speak to them about the duties and responsibilities of service to their country. In response to this information, the club will be redesigning their sign on the library grounds to reflect and honor our community's veterans. Pictures with the sign can be taken on November 11 from 12 PM to 4 PM.
